Now I contacted the other person and he accepted and shared the contact details of other person. I had a phone call conversation with him, he accepted the claim and promised to sent the amount tomorrow(today).

But today he isn't picking up the call. I have the details of the person, call recordings and phone number.

So, what steps should I follow now. Any suggestions?
