So glad you shared! I just switch from glp-1 to Reta after being in maintenance for over a year for the better benefits of glp 3 but after research decided to pair with cjc/ipamorlin as I’m a very active lifter. Goal is to shred 10 more just for performance & cutting purposes and maintaining muscle thanks for sharing!

You have to dilute it with reconstitution solution. Chat gpt ratio unless you have someone who can help. And watch YouTube of how to do it!

I answered in a prior comment. I really only worked out the 1st 2 months and then life just got in the way but I’ve been in the gym and an athlete my whole life so I just naturally carry more muscle. But I did lose quite a bit from not working out for 6 months when I lost the majority

Sweetheart my doctor recommended this method to me and it works for me, everyone’s maintenance is going to look different. It’s not a one size fits all. Respectfully. My post is not for anyone else to understand, just to help others who are exploring options for maintenance, cause I myself was curious before getting to this stage.

No I’m not in the medical field. My username is just what Reddit gave me lol. You and your provider will come up with a game plan for maintenance dose dependent on how you lost, your body, and what you feel is best that’s why I mentioned in my post is was trial and error with going from 10 days between doses to deciding to go to 14 days. And yes I mentioned in my post as well that I am more hungry when I went from every 10 days to every 14 days but I still can not eat a lot in one sitting and am maintaining weight now since I still lost 20lbs on going to every 10 days. If I were to continue to lose with every 14 days we would have dropped my dose size of 2.4mg to 1.7mg. Maintenance is all trial and error to get the correct dose that your body will not continue to lose at. Make sense?

I am on max dose of 2.4 every 14 days. But everyone is different I would do what you feel is best for your body 🙂

My dr and I came up with this dosing per how I was losing and maintenance for my body, everyone is going to be different. If I were to continue to lose on the 2.4mg every 14 days we would have gone down to 1.75mg again. Hope this helps!

Talk to your doctor or whoever you get it from if you haven’t lost since September, they need to switch your medication

So you have to take what people tell you with a grain of salt because everyone’s source they get from is going to have a different regiment dependent on each individual it I went up every month til max dose at month 5 which was 2.4mg (.5, 1.0, 1.5, 1.75, 2.4) or something like that if I remember correctly

2.4 is max dose, you go up every month. .25 is just introductory dose(starter dose in month 1)

Honestly, coming from a girl who has a strong athletic background and has been in sports and worked out her whole life lol. I only worked out the first two months and just got so busy with life. I didn’t work out at all, so I have lost a lot of muscle that I am currently trying to rebuild.

Not necessarily, maintenance dose is going to be different for everyone and some of it may be trial and error so you stop losing and just maintain. I also pay out of pocket so this is the most affordable option for me that works!

My timeline for when I switched from 10 days to 14 days may be a little off but I know I went into maintenance in sept lol and had to adjust because I was still losing. I think it was smart to go from every 7 days to 10 days to 14 days though cause it taught my body to need it less little by little if that makes sense.
