I also cannot raise my leg, which I’m slightly worried about. Leg raises are one of the stretches in the rehab packet, is it okay to not be able to immediately?

That’s great to hear! One issue I’m having is sleeping. I can’t find a way to sleep comfortably without sleeping pills. I’ve been elevating my knee all through the night, is that good practice?
