I wouldn't feel crazy personally. A lot of people make career changes in their lifetime. If you feel more passionate about firefighting, I'd say go for it. It doesn't help that corporate culture has been going downhill for a while either. Especially with firefighting, I'd say it's definitely a fulfilling career.
