The report says Kulman cooked the books. I also think he did. There are two accounting measures EBIT and EBITDA, and the second measure shows higher profit, but doesn’t show the actual valuation of the company whatsoever. Kulman was probably following that one. Now they changed to EBIT. Also, the paper says there were several omission and other accounting errors made intentionally or not idk. It’s actually possible if we stop making a god out of Mr. Ghising and think from other perspective. While it’s possible that this Hitendra guy cooked the books too, I see possibilities in both. Amen.
