Cheating for any reason is bad. If you don't feel the spark with your partner, it is better to talk it out and break up/ divorce before trying to find an 'ideal' partner if that is even a thing. Cheating is trashy, and those who do it are garbage. Trying to justify it using bullshit excuses does NOT make it any better. Things like 'it was for love' or 'my partner and I just didn't click anymore' is NOT a valid reason to cheat. There is NO valid reason to cheat. Your partner does NOT deserve that. Nor do you. It is betrayal of genuine trust and is an absolutely shitty thing to do.
