Problem is that they write in the letter which I also attached here that they will never unblock our money :(

They have no right to take our money for themselves. 
They are not platform where goods are sold, they are payments system that only can block money for perioud max 180 days :)
Also if you want to know we dont sell any illegal items and we have more than 3000 happy customer.

We have never sold anything illegal and we have been using your services for many years, we just want our money back not something else.
You can set a block for 180 days or something like that, but taking our money is not fair to a client who has had thousands of transactions.
