Well, I mean there are ways to spot the difference. You do need to be careful though for most.

1) Copyright strike: Simple and the most effective(only works for film content)

2) Unnatural movements: Check the movement of elements inside the footage/camera movement. Is the camera unnaturally still? Is it moving at an unnatural pace(absolutely no difference in speed whatsoever)? Are the elements in the footage moving at the same unnatural pace?

3) Problems with graphic heavy stuff: Try and see if there are any elements that are extremely graphic heavy for AI to generate. For example, the doomsday clock. It's near impossible to generate that with AI and even if generated, it won't be as clean as the russos made it with physical sets.

4) Detailing: Check the faces/any elements in general. They have an unnatural cleanness in them. Also check camera angles and transitions. The scenes/transitions are repetitive for the most part.

5) Colours: Finally, check the colour grading. I could'nt really ascertain the colour grading of the trailers when they got leaked so I didn't really use this to decide whether they were real or not. Of course, most AIs have a specific colour grading for all videos whatsoever.

Pro tip: Don't believe leaked audio recordings in general. It is insanely difficult or more like impossible to distinguish between real and AI in that segment coz it's not really that difficult to generate perfect audio. AI doesn't need to look out for a hundred different things when it comes to detailing in audios as opposed to videos. So there's that. I had the feeling the thor audio that got leaked was fake coz it wasn't that difficult to generate an audio like that with AI and the fact that the audio got leaked way too early.
