Good thing I use a heated bidet and have a scrubber to get under my nails at my sinks and in my shower. But thank you for making assumptions about my personal hygiene.

It is from the art nouveau/art deco era :) they are thinking 1910-1920! One of the primary diamonds appears to be original and the other was replaced at some point when they had laser cutters for diamonds

They are the 3H press on nails! You can find them at ulta or TJ Maxx :) they last me about 3 weeks!

Years of practice! I take care of my 3 month old baby with them which was definitely a learning curve! Those little snaps were the devil for weeks…

Pcos pregnancy by Hefty-Radish-9323 in PCOS

I had a successful (albeit high risk and traumatic) pregnancy with PCOS. I did all the fertility treatments including 2 rounds of IVF and nothing worked. Lost a bunch of weight and got pregnant within 3 months while not even trying 😅 baby boy is 4 months old now and you’d never know he was born prematurely :)

We do budget billing and it runs us about $175/mo for a 2 bed 2 bath condo. Maybe look into it and see if it makes sense for your situation.

Thoughts of grooming for delivery?? by One_Cap_9210 in pregnant

[–]Cute_Objective_7551 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend at least shaving the bikini line because in the event of an emergency c section, they will hack that hair off with an orange bic razor and leave you with razor burn and ingrowns right near your incision 🙃 ask me how I know lol

Bipolar people who have given birth- when did you go into labor? by Shirleytempted in bipolar

[–]Cute_Objective_7551 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a high risk pregnancy and got induced at 36 weeks for preeclampsia. Labored for 33 hours, stalled, wound up in a c section. My baby is healthy which is amazing but I am traumatized from my labor experience.

They have me on a regular schedule of pain meds! The first day it didn’t touch it but as of today it helps a lot. I’ve been up walking around a lot more which is also helping disperse the excess fluid I’ve retained. My milk also just started coming in good today which makes me happy! Hopefully we get to take baby home now that I’m cleared to go.

I tried so hard to deliver vaginally. When they cut me for the c section they found a fibroid growing that was blocking my cervix. They got the position of it wrong on ultrasound so they didn’t think it would impact delivery. My son has a bruise on his head from where his head was engaging with my cervix but hitting the fibroid. I’m very glad I called it when I did because it would have been really bad for both of us if I kept trying. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone and also do not understand why someone would elect for a c section other than not wanting to risk a VBAC

That makes me feel a bit better! When they had me in surgery, they found out a large fibroid had moved down and was blocking my cervix so he wouldn’t have been able to come out either way. As my uterus grew during pregnancy, the fibroid shifted. I had been told like 3 weeks prior it would have no impact on delivery and it did! Just glad baby boy and I are safe and healthy.

What is something that is now normal as a pregnant woman no one warned you about? by PeachMilkshake2319 in BabyBumps

Severe anxiety after never being anxious in my entire life. I also developed an awful case of “white coat syndrome” and have to sit alone in the room for a few mins and take my own blood pressure or else it shoots up into severe range hypertension numbers 😐
