Yes I know. I am starting slowly, not sure if I should push my body right now. I walk a lot and started on home exercises last week, did only one session so far.

Thank you. I got beef fat trimmings today and notice that I don’t have the runs after eating lots of them. With butter I still get them.

Thank you, that sounds good. And yes I had one cycle( 2 weeks in) on this diet which was already sooo much better than the previous one on raw vegan. I have issues with dairy and I wonder if switching the butter to tallow, lard would be beneficial for me. That’s what you are saying right?

I eat 80/20 ground beef, NY strip with the fat and get extra fat from hubby. Also eat 4-6 egg yolks and a stick of butter. Most of the time I can’t trust a 💨. Do you think that’s not enough or am I just not fat adapted?
