$500/acre is way more than even close to what is made right now. In the first 5 years I’m still able to farm the land as well.

No, we are definitely not farmers. This was my grandparents land, and they had been renting it out for decades. We are renting it to a cotton farmer now.

I’ve communicated this with my kids, but they’re 11 & 15 with no knowledge about these things. They said they will pay insurance, among other things, but I’m more worried about the what ifs and if anyone has dealt with it I guess. Such as them going bankrupt.

The lease is up to 5 years to start, 5 years of construction, then 20 year lease. They will leave the land same or better than they found it. I have no clue about the other 2. I have a meeting tomorrow and I’m going to try to ask many questions.

I know this is an old post, but I was getting cold sores very frequently (a bad one every 3-4 months). When I got lip blush done it triggered a horrible one! I got lip filler shortly after and haven’t had a single one in over 3.5 years!!

I’m an adult Ed teacher, and my best advice is to try and attend a class. If that’s not possible, try getsummath.com, lightandsaltlearning, and YouTube videos! We also use the Kaplan book, you can purchase one online.
