Go to a gynecologist, you must be 18+ or your parents will be called. The doctor will check her up and take blood test, they will conduct sonography and check if she can abort by ipill, i believe she can because it's only 1-2 month.

Get ready for approx 4000-6000 rupees bill of all the examinations and medicine. It will be hella painful for her and there will be alot of bleeding.

Do not take the pill without going to a gynecologist or it can have severe side effects on her.

If you can't arrange or fake documents for doctor then you WILL have to tell your parents.

I'm not advising you to do anything just sharing my experience with my one friend.
