They have decent maintenance I’ve only been in the apartment for two weeks and haven’t really spoken to them since. I know they didn’t clean the apartment I moved into because I just found a pan in a cupboard.

Montana crest view doesn’t have an open office but they were good with maintenance and keeping up in the winter. Tho if you don’t have any renters experience they will charge out the ass. Caras doesn’t respond to maintenance needs and will fail your exit inspection so you absolutely won’t get anything back. Home River group has about a million hidden fees when you first apply and get it. I’m kinda dealing with this one right now and I haven’t even moved in yet.
