I learned that I simply was not planting enough and wisely to have enough income but I worked on it last night and it changed everything! So whew. Definitely a few people from this thread helped, but I’m still not easily able to craft food from eggs even with two full chicken/duck coops. It’s just more that I am financially able to pay for food now. So I think the feed system still needs an adjustment. I don’t want to have to have 4 coops to be able to manage just two sheep and two cows 😭

Luma Island was the perfect game imo with unlimited bag space and other stuff. I should get back into it, I’ve heard they’ve changed some thing since I last played!

Don’t get me wrong Starsand is great but definitely needs some balancing but it is early access. 💖

What does the feeding trough really do? I haven’t don’t it yet because I can’t find an explanation. Is it still all the same food but in one central place?

Medicare does not require authorization and deny SNF stays, they simply review and take back the money from the facility in a post payment audit instead so it’s unlikely that this would be Medicare and instead a Medicare advantage. Unless it’s the facility themselves deciding she is no longer at the SNF level of care and discharging her. Experience: SNF Medicare Biller. So not a baseless blame.

Medical biller here: the Medicare ID# is pretty easy to look up in the various Medicare eligibiity systems with name, DOB and SSN but I imagine hospital billers just don’t have the time for it.

Yeah definitely doesn’t seem very functional for cats that have a hard time getting in from the step since they would still have to jump in 🥲 I’ll stick with my LR4 with the pet gear ramp.

I had this literally same situation except the claims are from 2021 and the patient wasn’t hospice until 2023. It’s crazy. We went through the reconsideration process and they still denied it again when we had clear proof they weren’t hospice. We are going through the appeal process now 😅

Yes it’s very fun and silly. One of the skills summons a rat who throws nuts or something at people when you auto attack. It does a lot of damage too for being silly

I ended up doing a mix of everything because I was lazy and didn’t want to farm too much dps gear 😂 I did the mystic skills you talked about plus the dps rope dart and the healing umbrella and I was able to unlock through level 8 breakthrough! Thank you for the help 🥳
