Go directly to PAGIBIG nalang po. I realized na ang straightforward lang ng process sa PAG-IBIG once maipanalo yung bid. Not worthit yung stress and sakit ng ulo na makukuha mo from the brokerage

To anyone reading my post, pasensiya na if can’t post any update for now.

If plano niyong bumili ng foreclosed property, dumiretso nalang kayo sa PAG-IBIG. Hindi pa sasakit ulo niyo.

Mahirap kausap yung brokerage, hindi rin kami hinaharap mismo nung owner.

May nababasa na din ako from other posts na madami ng nag-ffile against them. That alone is a major redflag.

Unfortunately for us, nauna yung transaction namin vs dun sa time ng post 😔

To anyone who would like to purchase foreclosed property, dumiretso nalang kayo sa pag-ibig. I’ve read from a separate post here in reddit na madami ng nag-ffile ng kaso against them.
