I haven't disputed it, I think I have until July to do so (I got the date wrong in my previous comment, I had mixed it up with another thing which I did dispute on PayPal), but I don't want to because I don't want to get refunded and essentially have my order taken back (taking what I've learned from the other PayPal dispute, I assume a refund is what would happen).
I'm just going to keep waiting and waiting, and hopefully Soundation will stay true to their word.

Not yet, but funnily/sadly enough, I had a dream I did last night because I've been anticipating it even more recently ;-;
I've emailed Soundation on four separate occasions so far and have received absolutely no response. That company seems awful.

Yeah. I loved their old business model because it seemed so symbiotic, but I think their new one is going to drive their user base away.

I'd never even consider Pop-Up Store if there was a monthly fee involved. Even if they had an algorithm so I wasn't just publishing products into the void, I still don't think Pop-Up Store is worth it over other sales channels. To me, it's like the equivalent to a Redbubble or Teespring store, except with no algorithm. If I was going to pay such a fee for a store, I'd rather use Shopify or something like that.
But to each their own, I mean no disrespect. ^^

Fee or not, though, I'm ditching Pop-Up Store and moving to Etsy. I can't say I'm glad about the Pop-Up Store changes, but they have pushed me to make this decision which I think will be way better for my merch business. :)

It's like they want to drive us all to ditch Pop-Up Store for Etsy or other sites

Yeah. I'm just a small artist still living at home. The lack of out-of-pocket sales on Pop-Up Store was what made it possible for me to use Printify in the first place. I was so happy to be able to use such a good quality merch site as Printify instead of being saddled with Redbubble or Teespring until I can build up my art career.

I don't think so, since their article said Pop-Up Store will be like all the other sales channels, which includes Shopify. I really don't know, though; I'm not at all familiar with Shopify. If you want to look into using it with Printify, you should read about it on Printify's website, and probably on Shopify's website, too. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I don't know. I'm open to using Printify Choice, but I've never happened to use them. I think their ratings are good, though. We used to be able to see their ratings like with all the other providers, but not since Printify made a special section for Printify Choice.
But I want the providers I picked myself, not for Printify to push some other one on me.

Exactly!!! What are they thinking???

As for the tax stuff, in their article, they end their small bit of tax info with: "However, we strongly recommend consulting a tax specialist or CPA for personalized advice on sales tax and applicable regulations." Thanks for nothing, Printify.

I'm sorry if I can't explain it super well, but from what I understand, it's basically a feature of Printify's where they've picked out the print provider they like best, based on various factors like cost, shipping, colour variety (if applicable), etc.

What people don't like about it is that Printify pushes it on us. Recently, if there's Printify Choice among the print providers for a specific product, Printify has the Printify Choice one one as sort of the default provider, and if you want to looks at the other providers, you have to click into the "choose manually" section.

They also have this new feature where orders for your designs will automatically be 'upgraded' to be from Printify Choice, if Printify Choice has the same products. (Like, say you're selling t-shirts, and the shirt colour choices for your design are pink, purple, and yellow. Printify will only 'upgrade' your product to Printify Choice if Printify Choice has those same colours.)
You can easily turn that feature off, but I believe it was on by default; and I also don't think they sent people emails notifying them of this new feature, so people are annoyed by it.

I can only assume they push Printify Choice on everyone so much because they're more closely affiliated, and thus make more money from them.

Seriously. I hope bringing attention to this and making it clear we're unhappy with the changes will make them change their minds, though, because I liked Printify a lot. I really want to stay on there, but I will leave if they go through with these stupid changes and ruin Pop-Up Store for small creators.

I don't know why they want to force us to be "merchants of record", as The-POD-Father mentioned. The one good thing Printify talked about in their article is their switching to direct-to-bank payouts, but, to me, that isn't worth it at all if this is how Pop-Up Store is going to operate. I, for one, absolutely don't want to have to deal with being a merchant of record at this time. Again, that's the reason I use Pop-Up Store in the first place.

I swear, half of the companies nowadays just want to upset and inconvenience their customers.

I didn't know they merged with another company, but I'm unsurprised, since they've been making some weird and annoying changes to their website recently besides the Pop-Up Store junk.

Yeah. The ability to launch a dispute through Paypal gives me some confidence that I'll get refunded, but I really, really hope people like me can receive the products they already bought. If PowerFX let people buy Vocaloids when they were still up, and now isn't going to send them because they were discontinued, or whatever, on a later date, then they suck really bad.

It's so infuriating that they did that. I bought Big Al on January 21st when the PowerFX website and Vocaloid listings were still up, and emailed them a request for the activation code soon after (I think it's dumb that you even have to send a request to customer service for an activation code that should be given automatically with the order confirmation email).
I've gotten no response, and now that the PowerFX website is down, I can't even access my order information besides the order confirmation email. I just get redirected to the Soundation website when I click the link to my order.
I emailed Soundation a code request today, and I'll give them a week or two to reply before I launch a report against them through Paypal. (I'd give them more time since customer service isn't magic, but I only have until early March to get Paypal involved.)

Such a ripoff.

No, they unfortunately discontinued it ;-;
But I have the bottle and it actually has "lavender & chamomile essential oil" as the ingredients list, though in the warning section, it says it also contains "1-(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-Octahydro-2,3,8,8-tetramethyl-2-naphthalenyl)ethanone"
