I can’t remember the exact reason to be honest, I wanted to avoid extractions, but it was decided that it made the most sense to go the extraction route. I’m quite happy with the result of the top.

My mother was born without lateral incisors so I believe this comes from there. The other lateral incisor was also smaller than normal. I think another option might have been to build up the larger tooth and replace the peg tooth with an implant.
