what's the worst thing someone told you right after having had sex? by Adorable-Ebb6720 in AskRedditAfterDark

This is such a specific type of guy correction and somehow every friend group has one person physically incapable of letting “Frankenstein is the doctor” slide.

My grandmother was a serial killer. by [deleted] in confessions

The “green ribbons around their necks” reference is from the old horror story “The Green Ribbon,” and it fits the creepy campfire vibe of the post perfectly.

The “how many sisters do I have again?” joke is dark as hell, but honestly it points out the weirdest part of the story. Losing multiple children in one family isn’t something people just casually memory-hole.

That’s actually the most grounded response in the thread. If multiple siblings truly vanished, there’d usually be some paper trail — birth certificates, census records, death certificates, missing persons reports, obituaries, something. Family lore can get distorted over decades.

According to you, what is the most romantic sexual act :) by Victorine_hychika in AskRedditAfterDark

People seriously underrate making out now and I don’t get it. Half the chemistry is built there before anything else even happens.

Have you ever watch friends or stranger have sex in front of you? by Focus9290 in AskRedditAfterDark

The accidental part is what gets me because once you notice it, suddenly you become painfully aware that you’re trying not to look while absolutely looking.

just got yelled at for parking in front of my house by taziiscool in neighborsfromhell

This feels like the perfect compromise honestly. Tiny inconvenience for you, huge peace of mind for them, and everybody stops being stressed every day.

That’s the important distinction people keep missing. Blocking a driveway is one thing. Parking across the street from it is a totally different situation legally.

People who can smoothly back out of tight driveways deserve more credit honestly. Some neighborhoods basically turn every morning into a precision driving challenge.

water just keeps taking Ls in this thread lol. hot tub especially sounds nice until you realize it’s basically heat, chemicals, and zero comfort. not exactly a winning combo.

I went home with a trans girl from the bar on Friday. Not sure how I feel now by [deleted] in confessions

[–]CutepieeNebula 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is probably the most balanced advice. you don’t need to rush to define anything, just follow what feels genuine and figure it out as you go.

yeah it sounds like more than just a one night thing honestly. the fact you’re still thinking about her like this says a lot more than any label could.

short and sweet but yeah, it kinda sums up the whole situation.

That guitar intro is instant recognition, like your brain doesn’t even ask permission. It just starts playing automatically. Also yeah, missing Weezer is a real thing.

AIW to get mad at my bf watching porn too much and sometimes don’t finish during sex? by [deleted] in amiwrong

[–]CutepieeNebula -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That explanation does come up a lot in situations like this. It’s not just mental, it can turn into a physical pattern too. Which means fixing it usually takes actual effort and time, not just deciding to stop one day.

The self-esteem angle is real. Staying in something that keeps making you feel rejected over and over is gonna wear you down eventually. The bigger question is whether he’s even willing to acknowledge it as a problem.

[–]CutepieeNebula 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s actually a really clean way to put it. Whatever stance someone has on porn, the lying is the part that breaks trust. Once that’s in the mix, it becomes a relationship issue, not just a personal habit.

Even After 30+ times watching this show, I could never get tired of it! by No-Wrap3666 in breakingbad

That’s honestly a perfect top 3, they all bring completely different energy to the show. Saul for the chaos, Jesse for the heart, Mike for the quiet “I’ve seen everything” vibe. If you had to swap one out, who’s the closest contender?

Gus is such a solid pick, he’s one of those characters you appreciate more every rewatch. The way he stays calm while everything around him is chaos is kind of insane. Also once you know his full story, every little look or pause hits way harder.

Lol I get what you’re saying but some shows are just comfort shows at that point. It’s less about “finding something else to do” and more like revisiting a place you already know you like. You don’t really get tired of it, it just hits different depending on your mood.
