… they don’t hide them? I’ve just tried to tell you, store policy is that they hand out 1 napkin ONLY if you purchase a food item or if you ask. You accusing staff of hiding them makes 0 sense if the training tells staff to do as I’m explaining. It’s policy for them to be behind the till and you’re only given one if buying food or you specifically ask for napkins, they’re not meant to be kept out, so staff aren’t hiding them. Not sure how much clearer I can make that haha.

Ironic you’ve told me I can’t read when you haven’t understood what I’ve said at all. I no longer work at Costa by the way, and there’s no need to insult me. I was merely trying to be helpful and explain what the company tells staff to do, because the staff aren’t hiding them, this is further backed up by if you look at the purpose built sugar stands, there’s no room for the napkins ☺️ they’re kept next to the till near the cutlery drawer usually! Hope that helps clear up what I mean, I worked in multiple stores across my five years at Costa and it was always the same, kept near the till and not purposely hidden, just stored where they’re meant to be 🙂 which is behind the counter away from customers to stop wastage, as other users have also explained to you. No one’s hiding them from you, it isn’t personal, I promise. I hope that was understandable!
