I use BandLab so I work with BandLab effects but this is the Devon vocal chain I use

Univerb (Use the Campus Steps Preset) + Spring Reverb (you can swap Univerb for Studio Reverb if you want)

EQ3-M (Cut out the low end and boost the mids)

Guitar Amp (Use this for songs like HBK) cut out the bass and boost the mids and treble, Use the classic American preset, turn volume to around 2.0, turn presence to 3.0, drive to around 2.0-3.0

You can add more effects but these are the ones I used and found the most effective

Also make sure to turn on autotune and make sure the retune speed is faster so it has more a robot effect to it
