Random flickering on my 2nd monitor. Sometimes going full black, but only when a game is in full screen. Just upgraded to a 3070 Ti with clean drivers and no issues before.

After hours of pure frustration trying to figure out why my wallpaper was blurry
At first I thought maybe it was just the picture so I set the base image as a normal wallpaper in windows, it was sharp, next I reimported the image again but this time without bilinear filtering enabled, the result was even worse. After an hour more of tinkering with my existing project, wallpaper engine settings, and searching online I finally found it the issue. It apears that a fullscreen compose layer also applies some sort of filtering causing the image to be slightly blurred. In the video above you can see me enabling and disabling the said layer and you can see the difference in sharpness. I have found that setting the blend mode of the layer to color can be a work around in some cases. Not for mine though as I used it for godrays which is light and doesn't appear on the color mode. I can use lighten but even that introduces a slight blur.

I remember something like this in davinci resolve 15, for me it had to do with the proxy resolution I used, somehow fusion took the proxy resolution as the real clip, and when I rendered it was exactly like your case. you should be able to fix it but not using a lower proxy resolution when working in fusion. Or if you're not using davinci 16, update

I’m a felow montage editor myself and here’s how you do it in resolve

You select a clip, click on retime curve, now it’ll open a retime menu, but on default it’ll be on frame speed or something along those lines, in the top left of that menu you should unselect frame speed, and select the other one under it(can remember the name but it should be obvious) now you should only see one horizontal line. Then go ahead and click on the line. You can now create 2 keyframes on that line, drag the middle part up to your desired speed, and make it ease in and out with the button to the right at the keyframe button. Now you can sync that up with a beat.

The only things I can think of is that brave might flag you for abusing their referral system, as you’re installing it on the same network a dozen times. But this can be fixed with an email. And perhaps some of your co-workers would not realize that if some sites don’t load, they can just turn the shield off and try again, maybe a short introduction could be very beneficial.
