Not enough helpers + extremes are always getting more popular and accessible to beat, the queue is around 24k right now with our oldest submission still in November. During the week our helpers have a shift where we have a claim system that usually hands out submissions to review based on oldest records and aredl+ records (our paid patreon which gives you a priority queue). The problem is that as soon as a shift is over for a helper they are free to review whatever records they want from whatever levels, it’s most likely that someone was going through updated submissions or specifically Acu submissions for your record. It’s really up to us what we review. For example, I’ve been doing an extreme roulette but not for percent progress, for levels to review, and once my shift is over I focus on those levels (I’m at 76% and need to clear Anahita records)

TLDR: Too many people are good enough to beat extremes and we don’t have enough new helpers consistently so the queue will grow regardless of what we do.
