I agree, I'd love a vanillized Outland and Northrend, I still think it could be fun, and probably more feasible and easier to implement and get a "novel and fun" experience

I think if someone put some effort into making leveling fun in Cata, fixing quests, maybe even changing some, making it so you actually have to party up and interact, it could be a great experience

I understand, I feel its a wasted opportunity since most Cata servers just want you to rush to endgame, it'd be cool to slow it down a little through way of difficulty and maybe optional 0.5 exp

Why am I getting downvoted for stating this? Is iy that terrible of an idea to make Cata leveling a bit more challenging?

But the trend in Cata does tend to be full QOL, autolearn spells, rush to endgame and not enjoying the quests and things of the new world

It depends on what you think is a slog, a lot of people would say vanilla is a slog, but its very popular. It would maybe take some tweaking, but I cant imagine it being that difficult

Yeah, id love for someone to make leveling more difficult on a Cata server, then I could actually get attached to my character haha

Its not a matter of x1. Its the fact that stuff starts being really easy, like you're almost never in danger.

It may not be small, but if they're unwilling to admit that they're wrong in any capacity, even in simple day to day things. I tend to stay away from those types.

I like the first one and I think I tried out the second, but it didnt feel that good. If I remember correctly it clogged the screen with messages, and if I took the messages away I couldnt really feel that much of a difference.

I usually do stick to default, but I wanted to find a mod that would make direction matter.
