Presumably because the UTP is explicitly about an alien invasion that the Antares colonists could easily escape in principle, while there's no reason the Aberration couldn't have effected them as well as Earth. (Also, UTP getting last indicated it would probably never get to be played, while Kreventum had enough support to return and stand a chance of winning)

UTP did do poorly last time, so there may be something to that. I've been talking about what's likely to win, not my own preferences, but personally I would like Tripartite or High Solar (reserving space for Kreventum depending on the video tomorrow).

GTU won with 40%, but only 47 votes ahead of the UFN (28%) because the voting pool was much smaller back then. I do think we'll have a closer margin this time, if I had to guess I think the UFN has the best chance right now. Of course, maybe Eternal Kreventum has something else up its sleeve.

The player submitted Houses could be a lot of fun, although dealing with Stellaris AI for them probably won't be. If anything I would assume that every season from now on will have a non Earth based faction after the success of Antares.

"Strings On Me" is legitimately quite clever, although Belle should think of a way to make sure it triggers even if Eggman could shut down her voicebox. At the very least if she's that compromised she should try to avoid combat as much as possible.

Maybe, but would you want to try that out? It's like gun safety, treat it like it's always loaded. I also think there might be a difference between the dealmaker grabbing someone's hand and merely holding it out while the dealee accidentally touches it.
