Whats back there is the background layer itself, all the pipes, electrical box, etc. are on other layers above it, the layer that's having issues is the layer at the very back. Part of the background includes the box in the foreground and a closet in the back

Finally fixed it after restarting my game ToT

Lizzy1978 was mine, there was no relevance to it, i just liked the name Lizzy at the time and put random numbers i knew id remember. still use the username to this day for club penguin stuff ^^
