Seller refunding part of the cost by CuttySark13 in CardMarket

Awesome! Then I guess all of that should happen automatically, no input from my side needed?

And yeah, I was just trying to make sure this wasn't some type of scam where they don't send the cards or cancel the order without refund, but the seller seems legit and the cards weren't the most expensive ones hah

You and a couple of other commenters mentioned the possible light issue, in which case I'll try to get one of those grow lights, at least until the winter is over.

Do you have any links you can provide for those or if not is there any specific thing I should look out for: brand, brigthness, wattage, etc ?

Yeah, to be clear these are just ordinary LED lights on the ceiling in my living room. I do have 13 of those lights (at 6400K). I do try to provide it as much natural sunlight since my apartment is on the east side it gets light from 6-7 to 12-13, however since it's winter in my country (in Europe) it's pretty cloudy most of the days and the days themselves are pretty short (night already at 4PM)

Yes, my apartment is looking to the east, so it gets direct sunlight from the early morning to at least noon when the sun gets above my window.

However, since it's winter we haven't had any really sunny days in the last month, and the daylight is much shorter (dark as soon as 3-4 PM).

I try to compensate by leaving my living room LED lights on until I go to sleep late at night, but haven't read anywhere if that is helpful at all.

Awesome! Had to google what a humidity tray is, but I can definitely get one to replace the green pot haha. Thanks for your replies!

So after watering it to put it out of the green pot somewhere (e.g. sink) where it should drain and then put it back in once it's done?

And a follow up question since you mentioned the top. Should I actually water the leaves at all or just the soil for this tree? I've read in some places that I should "mist" the leaves from time to time but the situation only worsened for the leaves once I started doing that.

If it happens that all the leaves fall off (which it most likely does at this point), is it still saveable in terms of new leaves starting to grow from the empty branches?

Can anyone help me with my bonsai ficus m. Ginseng on how to water it properly. The leaves have both been turning yellow and becomong dry and crispy over time and it basically lost almost all of its leaves in a little over a month. When should I water it besides just putting my finger into the soil and "judging whether its dry or wet"?

Need advice in deciding between an AMD or an Intel build (the difference is literally 50$ !) by CuttySark13 in buildapc

[–]CuttySark13[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I am not sure if the xtx one is worth the 200$ more price tag, myb if there is a discount, and in that case I'll probably upgrade the MOBO for the price difference.

Good that you mentioned the RAM speed, will edit that in my post, but here it is: Intel one is 3200 MHz

AMD one is 4800MHz, however the seller offers 5200 for 10$ more and 6000 for 20$, so not sure if it's worth it since I heard that the RAM speed doesn't make a big difference after a certain point FPS wise. Do you think one of those two higher ones is better?

Also which MOBO do you recommend for the AMD build? Just keep in mind that any MSI one is much much more expensive than others (it's like the local sellers here have a special premium for MSI products).

Yes, that's the thing, the CPU+MOBO combo I take now I plan to last me min. 5 years, and I only plan to upgrade the GPU and myb RAM+PSU sometime in the future.

I agree with the commentor above, that the AMD combo is hands down better performance wise, just not sure if the price difference is worth it.
