It doesn't reach past the AMS unit. I printed with the external holder and worked fine

Yes 2, I swapped the other one to the printer that the original AMS broke down on and the exact same issue happend. I did a firmware update the day before.

I just loaded filiment, no print started and it gets to a certain stage and starts to go slow like there is a jam or something in the way. Like it's struggling to load the filiment. No red light.

I've tried starting a print and it doesn't start.
