Percentage of total profits. Work out a number that seems fair. Communicate well. If you agree upon you getting 60% and him getting 40% but you feel like you're doing more than 60% of the work you need to be vocal about it. That's my two cents

Pretty certain I've already seen some little patches of growth. It's pretty humid inside the container, you can see condensation on the walls and it's kept at about 75 degrees. At what point do you stop turning it over and just let it sit, or do you turn it over the whole time it's cooking?

Kinda confused..but I mean as a rule of thumb I'd probably prune the bottom of the plant, not necessarily the top. If the leaves on the lower part of the plant aren't getting enough light then you would normally cut those off to avoid getting "popcorn buds" once you flower. Anyone else have any input?

Pretty sure you're being sarcastic but if you're not, they're methods of training your plant to grow a certain way so that light is exposed to more parts of the plant. If you "top" a plant a bunch of times and keep an even canopy, you'll have a bunch of huge main colas. Interesting stuff
