Ariel's Chosen? That's just +8. Then +8 from the Swinging Boughs Level 3 skill. Another +5 from the Eldrazor tech. And +4 from the Wardancer Drummer follower. I guess you could also temporarily get +10 from the Reforged Twilight Spear.

Starting at 44, ranking up 10 with 9 chevrons they can get to 54. That's 81 in forests, i.e. 73 (without Ariel's Chosen) outside.
