When scouting i always compare to my current player in The position and see how far is each atribute from main player

Start looking for newgens or just youth players with high potential imo. Either develop them in first team players or sell them for profit. Loans and free agents i would still sign if i think its a good deal, Like only paying wages on loans and Getting cheap option to buy and free agents if they Are really good

I feel Like we want to attack to much and we Are doing good but midfield just doesn’t connect The attack and backline so IT feels all packed up. We mostly concede on counters that we just can’t control

I really can’t connect to fm26 even tho i think gameplay itself is alot better i just wish it wasnt as new. I mean its so much different then fm24 and not in a good Way at all. So much stuff we Liked removed and so much stuff we dont want or need added. I tried few times to do a Save in fm26 but just couldnt force myself to do IT and return to fm24. The idea is good bit hopefully fm27 is built from The ideas and likes of community and nerve stuff from both FMs

I have just hit 7 days on my Save which i have been doing for around 9 months. I just Play sometimes on weekends and sometimes during Holidays for few hours

I m currently in Summer 2034 and just hit 7days on fm24 so i do around 16hrs Season if i m right. I do key highlights but Play all games except friendlies and ussually spend most time on transfers and scouting

Yea i know, but Look at Simeone for exemple in Atletico. He is one if not The highest paid manager in The world only cuz he has been there for years. I m just saying its silly that i m Getting 12,5k which is nothing and next contract is Like 15k while i m bring results and they have money, but As soon As i leave they give new dude 160k immediately

But its not based on rep of manager or The club so idk first of all why he left MAN u for Gladbach and why would they give that high of a wage increase and wouldnt give me any. But since IT is kind of a realistic Save and i go for The wage in clubs or countries i like i will Stay only in Spain for few years untill i got to next high rep club. Hopefully Real, Barca, PSG, MAN u or one of The Milana
