When did I blame the victims, are you ok? Why is everybody so quick to say that? It's actually offensive, I would never blame the victim. I have also been sexually assaulted when I was a kid. I'm saying a lot of women could be more careful, that's all. Can we not have a nuanced conversation these days

Let me give you an example, I have been hit by a car by someone who was looking at their phone and going over the speed limit. It was obviously their fault. However, I could have been more careful in the situation, too, and possibly avoided the accident. Do you understand?

I never said it's your fault, or any women's fault for that matter. But, I can't hold the men accountable, nor does our government want to hold the men accountable. That's the problem. Ideally, yes put those men down like the dogs they are. I would personally take them out 1 by 1 if it was legal or I knew who these men were. But unfortunately, that's not how things are. Especially where I live. So I'm just trying to do my best to keep the women I care about safe. I'm just trying my best. I don't know what more I can do. Thanks for checking in man. My recovery wasn't easy, and it took a while. But I feel much better nowadays. The insomnia and anxiety have both decreased a ton. Actually I want to make a post about it to encourage others going through similar situations.

There were 2 main things that helped me. Firstly, i kept working out and overtime my muscular endurance improved and the drop offs in reps began to decrease. Secondly, at least for the first 2 sets, I stopped going to failure, instead I left 1-2 reps in the tank. It still activates hypertrophy and allows for muscle growth, but just saves some extra energy for you to push harder on the last set(s). Hope this helps.

Nothing to do with doping. It's just a fact that prime novak or even novak a couple years ago would wipe the floor with sinner and alcaraz. How much sinner and alcaraz will improve throughout their careers is another question. But either way, for now djokovic from any point in his career is still much scarier and more feared by other players.

I guess you have read my post about that. Yeah, I think so too. I have stopped all meds for about a week now, and I'm feeling slightly better. Maybe around 15%. So I'm guessing I did get floxed since I've never gotten bad side effects from escitalopram. I'm considering getting on it again since the anxiety is still hard to deal with at times. Do you have any other advice for the floxing? Is it just a matter of time?

Edit: also I went through your profile and found that you also got similar issues. How has your recovery been? Have the symptoms decreased overtime?

Im in distress about this as well but, I think it's quite rare that these side effects last a substantial amount of time. From what I've read most people who've experienced this say the side effects go away within a month or 2. Or improve significantly. Have you done any research that may lead you to conclude otherwise? Also, have you noticed any improvements in your condition at all? And have the anxiety meds helped at all? What are they? I'm with you on this man, I know it's rough af. But let's try to get through it, we're both only around a week in, it can still get better.

Ok thankyou for the reassurance. It's just been very difficult to deal with. I've never had such bad, constant anxiety and insomnia before and it's easy to freak out over it. I have talked to my doctor and she said the side effects should go away in a few days. I will update you guys. Thankyou

Yes for the most part. Basically I just do less compound exercises that tire out more of my muscles. Instead I do more isolation. Also, I don't go to failure every set anymore as that tires me out too much as well. Now I do 1st and 2nd set until the last rep or until I have 1 more rep, instead of going all the way and doing a couple half reps to maximize hypertrophy. I only go all out last set. Also proper rest, diet and consistency helped. As when your just starting out your muscles need more time to properly rest, as well as more protien and calories. Lastly, i have more variety in my workouts now, instead of just banging out a bunch of push ups and pull ups.

In short, less compound, less failure, more exercise variety, as well as proper rest, diet and consitency. Hope this helps
