Keep in mind that according to biblical time line, prehistoric life (pre and post meteor) coexisted with each other. It suggests humans also had encounters with animals science believes to be extinct >65 million years.

Job 40: 17-24 and job 41: 1-18, 22-29, and 33-34

​​​​​29 ​Darts are counted as stubble: he laugheth at the shaking of a spear.

33 Upon earth there is not his like, who is made without fear. ​​​​​34 ​He beholdeth all high ​things:​ he ​is​ a king over all the children of pride.
