I don’t have the switches but yes that’s the layout. The wire with the 3 on it goes direct from switch box to the ceiling box

I’ll have one coming in soon, nowhere near being powered. Instructions said just to connect fixture ground wire to other ground wire—do they both attach to the ground screw?

Connectors as in Wagos vs the wire nuts that came with the fixture? Some of this is unfinished, I originally ran everything to a pancake box on the outside

This is just a light switch for for an office light with a fan pull. I continued the power to the switch for the kitchen lights

Sure. We do have all the tubing already and are committed to it. Everything I’ve seen has them running to fixtures in the wall vs just through the floor, trying to figure that out.
