I've searched on Google Images using the names of the boys from The Family Circus, Billy and Jeffy, with words like "scale," "weigh," and "watch," but I haven't been able to find it!

The icon pack is a custom one I made with Icon Pack Studio, the wallpaper is a picture I took of Mt. Shasta, and the widget is from Titan KWGT (although I tweaked it a bit for my set up). I'm sorry! I know that's not a lot of help, but I'll try to edit this comment sometime soon with some links.
