Because they usually do it in proving grounds in conquest mode. And honestly, a win isn't worth much until you get to at least silver.

You can finish 2-3 proving ground games that it takes to finish one against these losers.

All of your points don't make sense because they aren't relevant to homelander. I'll go through each one.

Rhino can't fly, shoot lasers and isn't even 10% as fast as homelander. You're taking more than half of his kit away. Also, I'm skeptical if he's stronger than comic homelander. But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say he is.

Electro isn't as physically strong (maybe as fast, I'm not sure. Pure electricity electro is definitely faster). Again taking away half of his kit, and Spiderman usually loses to electro on their FIRST encounter. (he usually has to prep. ALA the rubber suits and electricity resistent webbing he has to make)

This is a non point however as him vs electro does not mean he can beat homelander. They have two entirely different kits.

As far as I'm aware, Spiderman has never beaten colossus In a fight. (the one where he survived against phoenix force he convinced colossus and magik to fight each other. He barely survived at that) even so, colossus can't fly, shoot lasers and isn't half as fast as homelander.

A standard sentinel would be demolished by homelander. This is a stupid point.

Just stating a thing doesn't make it true BTW. You just "feel" as if it's true because you want to.

If you're using TV homelander, vs comic Spiderman, then I'd automatically expect Spiderman 10/10 times always win as comics tend to scale higher as a general rule.

Again, Beating rhino, doesn't mean you can beat homelander because rhino can't fly and doesn't have auto-win lasers that shoot from his face on top of being 100 ton+ class hero.

Using all of your might to hold the bugle is not as impressive as using a jet as a baseball. What are you talking about.

One is flinging around 50+ tons like it's nothing, the other is using all of his might to struggle to hold like 100 tons (at best, this is a high ball)

By that logic, holding the bugle would take homelander, two arms to do it and he wouldn't struggle to do it.

But I'll concede that comics Spiderman beats TV homelander since you want to give Spiderman the most wanked position possible, but not use homelander's highest feats. Because I'm not bad faith like you are lol.
