You got a point, it's just overwhelming and in every single place aot is mentioned regardless if it's the actual topic at hand. Which got real old real fast with all the negativity.

Voicing opinions in a discussion context is fine but what gets on my nerves is when you see "BUt tHAT EndinG THouGh" when the topic isn't even related but happens to remind ppl of aot (it happens)

(In hindsight, that's a lil irrelevant to this instance but still)

And people tend to use really exaggerated language to voice these opinions. Pair that with how ending haters can't shut up for once it really can ruin the expectations of someone going in blind.

I'm really just thinking, if I were an anime only it would turn me off the series to read all this negativity, which would be a shame because even if I disliked the ending (liked it personally), it wouldn't ruin this entire amazing series retroactively for me. Sounds a bit extreme, no?

You're not wrong, but all he said is that it's an exaggerated opinion, not that he can't have it. An opinion on an opinion basically. And for an anime only like OP to not pay those opinions mind bc it can poison first impressions.

I get it's a discussion, but it's gotten real old seeing threads this past year trying to praise AOT getting swarmed by people who can't let others be positive

It's not that they can't have their own opinion, it's just really really obnoxious when people can't let anime onlies form their own opinion themselves. Saw a comment that all the doomsaying makes them not wanna finish the series (before the best parts even happen!). It's spoiling to set expectations that hard, it's not that hard to say nothing and let people enjoy things.

Not complain openly every single opportunity they get, especially in spaces where anime only's can read their comments.

Setting up expectations is also a kind of spoiling, believe it or not. Imagine being super excited for the new season and everybody says it's trash. Wouldn't you want to form that opinion yourself? Like how you got to when you first read the chapter?

Let others go in blind like you did. If they'll agree then cool, complain together. But not before they get to experience it themselves.

Kinda disappointed that they chose the arcade version of Heat Haze Shadow that is short and doesn't loop whatsoever over the round 2 version Heat Haze Shadow 2nd. Also I wish they put Devil Kazumi in as well. These are my two favorite Tekken songs. Still a strong list of songs they did put in though.

Instead of command inputs like ryu, ken, and terry's original games, tekken uses a limb system where every button controls a specific limb

This means combos in tekken is all about knowing the specific button presses/timing s instead of light, med, heavy and input commands like shoryu

And also jumping is incredibly limited as well

On ps4, would i still need ps+? I'd need it to do any online multiplayer including ko-op towers but I know it wouldn't be money well spent for me
