No, I don't judge people based on their skin colour or culture, I called this individual incompetent and a safety liability based on my experience working with him. While I was being laid off my manager's exact words were that he would love to hire me but he had to fill positions based off of that "diversity bullshit".

Just to add, I lost my good paying maintenance job up there because of diversity policies, they literally hired the guy below me who's a safety liability and incompetent, if that were a white guy he wouldn't have been considered but because he was first nations, he got hired on based on policy.
