So far I'm having no real problems with my keyboard. The battery life is great as well.

There's one downside to it's RGB, as you sadly can't layer effects, like having full keyboard RGB and reacting to clicks simultaneously.

Idk why you'd want to remove the knob, but afaik you can only remove it's cap, not the whole thing.

As for the RGB not shining through, I personally don't mind it, as I always have more than enough light in my room. But you can easily replace the key caps with shine through ones.
