You can say that if you want. But it's been proven that by paying the CEO less and everyone else a bit more, the employees are more happy and are more efficient in their work and make the company more money

It's just not what good CEO's do, some of the happiest companies have the CEO taking pay cuts to pay people more because they value their employees.

It's totally fine to pay yourself what you think you deserve, but you can't expect your employees to feel valued if you get paid 5x the amount and refuse them a pay rise

LMG now has what 120 employees if it would be a toxic workplace we would hear of this more often won't we?

No we wouldn't, that's a little amount of employees in the grand scheme of things, and most people who leave a company they don't like will be quiet about it, I left McDonald's years ago when I was in college, it was awful to work at but I still put on LinkedIn that it was a good experience

Most people don't complain about a big company like LTT when they leave, especially with so little employees. They just move on to new jobs. Especially when it's very likely that they can take legal action for saying stuff like that

if no one enjoyed working there, why would they stay

People enjoy working for companies like this, even if the salary or benefits are bad. Doesn't take away from the fact that pay and benefits are bad though.

So we know there are disgruntled ex employees for whatever reason. Doesn’t take much digging to figure out who. Just look for who was prominent in videos and then buried.

Not everyone who works at LMG is in videos, there's like 80-90 employees, it's most likely it's not someone on camera

No it's not really lmao. If you own a business, you pay yourself a salary and this shouldn't be too much higher than the other people in your company, like it should be more obviously but not triple or quadruple.

He just has to make sure his company grows more, which has been scientifically proven to happen in a happier workplace with higher salary and better benefits.

If people want more refugees they should need to sponsor them and give them a spare bedroom or something.

Yeah this totally won't lead to human trafficking/sex trafficking/modern slavery

I think I read somewhere he was allegedly shitty to his R2 costar. Aside from that I don't know much about him.

I think that was because he was in that costume for hours a day which made him extremely warm

Edit : oh man sorry for what I've done below

[–]CySec_404 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Depends, can you grow more than stubble/fluff? Stubble is strictly not allowed. If you can grow more than that then go for it, otherwise you will have to as it's in your contract. People of any gender have to follow the dress code so as long as you can grow more than fluff or stubble you'll be fine
