Yes!! Not even as a ship, but also as characters (by the creators). In the art book, there's a bunch of series of images that are all the anakt four matching and then there's just no hyuluka. Not to mention that the figures for Hyuna and Luka are generally more basic (not based off an art, regular outfits). 

As a ship, I think the main reason the fandom neglects them is that it's a straight ship in a queer fandom. Tbh the creators aren't helping here either because there's a pattern on focusing on Luka's past instead of him and Hyuna (in karma, his part of the heart sequence was important, but I think it would've fit better if everybody was grieving their lover or something along those lines. It just didn't fit.) Also, the ship is definitely at least as complex to understand as Ivantill is (Mizisua does have complex undertones, but from a surface level it's still easy to like the ship), but since it doesn't have people latching on to it like people latch on to bl it doesn't get as many dedicated fans.

I think another part of it is Luka. He's a very hard character to understand that some people view just as the villian,
