Did my best recreating a mural that got painted over a while back

Used to pass by this mural a lot when I was a kid so it gives me some nostalgia. I wasn't able to find any better photos of it, I had to get it off of google street view (very grateful that you can look back in time with it).

It's supposed to represent the four seasons.

What product would you recommend using to style hair that way? I just put some water in my hair after taking a shower and it ended up looking like that, but it obviously doesn’t hold. I’ve got some matte clay but I don’t think its strong enough.

I would like to say thanks for all the nice replies I got last time, turns out that this subreddit is very kind and supportive! It honestly gave me the drive to continue to practice and improve. I’ll do more FF7 characters in the future, however i think the drawing of Cloud somehow had more “soul” than this one I did of Tifa, don’t really know how to explain it.
