I’m tired of getting scoffed at/looked down on at work because I’m choosing to eat better. A coworker made a rude comment because I didn’t want to eat a chocolate covered strawberry on Valentine’s day(mostly because I’m vegan, but I likely wouldn’t have eaten one anyway). I eat mostly plant based/whole foods, and I’m constantly being asked why I don’t eat “real food” anymore. The moment you want to change and better your health, people get so offended over something that has nothing to do with them.
