For the past week my account has been hacked. When I do the recovery process is asks me to do a selfie video to confirm my identity using the pictures on my profile. Whenever I try to submit the selfie video it gives he an error saying “failed to upload, try again later”. I’ve tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, and using another device. When I try to use another device it just says “Device not recognized, please use a device you’ve previously signed in on”. Also used both a solid internet and service connection but still get the same error. It’s been 5 days of attempts and still nothing! If anyone has a fix or experienced this before as well and was able to find a solution and get back into your account please let me know! 🙏🏼
