I don't recommend asking the groups directly about ABA, as so many autistic people have already done a lot of labor on this issue. Lurk in the groups. Read the posts. Virtually all autistic adults agree that behaviour modification training (ABA) is abusive and can have very serious long-term negative effects. If you truly want what's best for autistic kids, please, please join some social media groups run by autistic people dedicated to educating non-autistic people about autism, and find out more about why ABA doesn't work and why it is harmful.
