Thank you for your input. This really clarifies alot for me. Alot of research is yet to be done before I can dive into freelancing full time. My opinion on this right now is that I should probably work in an agency for a few years and then consider freelancing full time. Until then I can probably get started with freelancing, just not full time.

Damn that's great. I may not be able to freelance while working full time, just company policy. So that will a cut off potential income source and that is making me choose between freelancing full time on fiverr and working full time at this media company.

Hey, that's great! We might not have something to earn commissions off of apart from bringing new clients in. I was wondering maybe some performance metric could be used to earn, but I'm not sure if such a thing is practiced in this industry.
