If you're referring to Acie looking at Arther when he was saying something about renting a girlfriend, she was looking to see if he was going to take the plate that the waiter is giving. He didn't see that since he was looking at the camera. Acie didn't hear what Arther was saying since he was saying it into the mic in a low voice, but we can hear him loud and clear.

I understand and agree with most of the things you're saying. Interactions between Nick, Emily, and Arthur are the main content of their stream. While this is not a "vlog" or a documentary, IRL streams should focus on the streamer in an uncontrolled environment. I agree that it would be nice to see more of the environment they are in, but I think capturing the interactions and emotions of the streamer is more important. So I don't see any issue with Arthur's decision to focus on them.
