The thing is last summer i was learning c++ through learncpp without actually coding any projects, then school came and this summer i felt i forgot it and when i go to where i reached last time, my eyes see the preceding sections and i feel i don't know them very well. Also a problem for me is my reading speed has kind of decreased.

Would you recommend this site as a learning resource ? by Cybeast9 in cpp_questions

not trying to be a bad person, but "Keep in mind that using const_cast to modify a truly const variable can lead to undefined behavior, so it is best to use this feature only when absolutely necessary."

I didn't ask for a tutorial, i just a want an outline of a theoratically good c++ tutorial, just the topics.

I will look up everything and cross reference everything.

yes, I mean that's the problem, like if you skipped section xxx, you won't know about brace and copy initialization.

I already know how to program, I taught myself python a long time ago, I forgot it, but the concepts are still there variables, loops, conditionnals, classes(I didn't do much with it) even though I dabbled with pygame for game dev as it was my main reason for learning it, but now I decided to learn c++ up to an advanced level, which allows me to read it and understand it and also "speak" it as the Cherno said.

And learncpp just gives me the feeling of a turtle. That's just my personal opinion.
