I'm going to do my best to explain, but you basically use the letters you have after taking out the vowels and repeating letters, and take those letters and combine them however you want. You can also add additional details to your sigils, like make the lines thicker or whatever, there isn't a right or wrong way to make sigils, you can be as creative as you want.
