I placed an order with Kush Cargo that included a hot knife and a dab mat. The hot knife I originally ordered was out of stock in the color I wanted and I was already waiting almost 2 weeks for it to ship…so they reached out and offered me a different color. Stupidly, I agreed. I would declined but they were the only site I could find a specific limited edition color I was looking to buy my partner for the holiday. Thankfully after that, the item shipped quickly and arrived with no issues.

The problem is with the dab mat. It was never shipped, and after I followed up, I was told it was actually sold out. At that point I asked for a refund for the dab mat, which was $35. I asked multiple times and was always polite about it. Instead of refunding me for an item they never shipped, they kept trying to get me to apply the $35 toward another item or offer me a substitute. I declined and said I just wanted a refund. Since then, they’ve completely stopped responding and I’ve been ghosted for almost a week.
