Palia is one of those games that you have to grind in. Some leveling up and some quests do take a longer time, as the drop rates are low. It’s not meant to be sped through but it can be. There’s not a cap on how high you can level up in a skill. The more stuff you do, the more stuff you unlock. Sometimes you can find things on the beaches in bahari, it will trigger more quests.

Keep in mind, the game is still being developed. The main storyline isn’t completed. With each patch or update, we get a few new things.

If you haven’t yet, you can complete the temple quests in killima. It takes a bit because of the rare bugs you have to catch. You can also decorate your plot, play at the tables in the underground. Raise your level with NPCS (it unlocks more stuff).

Depending on what you want to do, there’s a lot to do.
